“Any news from the guards?”I asked prepared to be disappointed.
“Not at all, we still waiting to hear from them”Oliver my beta, confirmed.
I wasn’t surprised by his reply, those guards have been nothing but useless to me.
“Incompetent fools, a simple task given to them just to bring some weak lady, they are taking this long and they call themselves warriors,” I said shaking my head in disappointment.
“Is there anything else that needs my attention?”I inquired.
“Yes, a letter came in today from the council of the elders,” Oliver responded sharply, his tone was serious.
“Okay, why do you sound so serious? What do they want this time?” I asked curiously, eager to know what is it and how important it was for Oliver to sound so serious.
“They called for a meeting and they need you to be present” he replied
