Elina's POV

"Is she aware already?" one of the elders whispered in Alpha Lorenzo's ear.

Unfortunately, I heard him. "What is he talking about? Am I aware of what?" I was perplexed.

"Please accept our apology. If you can forgive me and your father, then you can forgive all of us," my father pleaded.

Mateo looked at me and gave me a sign to accept their apologies.

"I have forgiven you all."

They started to come closer to me one after the other, hugging and shaking hands with me.

A few minutes later, after the drinks and food were shared, Alpha Lorenzo stood up and came a little closer to where I was seated.

"My daughter, you are blessed, and we are lucky to have you in our midst. We all thought you were dead. We have searched for you for more than six months now, and we couldn't find you. All thanks to the moon goddess for bringing you back to us."
