Chapter 31

He grimaced when he woke up with a bad hangover. Justin admitted that he was really intoxicated from yesterday’s festivities. His alcohol tolerance was low, but he overwhelmed himself with liquor since he saw Bianca being sweet with Ryan.

He was annoyed at himself for being mad at Bianca for no valid reason. Jenny told her everything about the incident with Ryan, and he was ashamed for keeping her at arm’s length. Justin wanted to hit himself as he recalled how many times he had snubbed her at Valerie’s house yesterday.

He knew that she was hurt by his action, but Bianca managed to mask her feelings. Although she smiled at Valerie and her family as they talked, the smile didn’t reach her eyes.

He was a bastard! Holding his head with his two hands, he kept on scolding himself for being a dick towards Bianca.

“Finally, you’re awake.” Anabel has wanted to send Justin to his parents’ house to bring some of the leftovers from yesterday’s feast.
