Chapter 7. Nathan Has Changed?

Ally's POV

The scent of the Luparian Kingdom's palace fills my nostrils- a mix of ancient stone and pine, laced with a hint of smoke from the ever-burning hearths. I step through the doors, my heart keeping rhythm with the echoing click of my boots on the marble floor. Everything has come full circle, and the weight of that realization sits in my chest like a stone.

I'm not sure how to face Nathan. The air whispers tales of his transformation. But can a man like him change?
