Lainey & Ace. Part 4

Ace opened the back and grabbed her bags. Then walked around and opened the door for her. He held his hand out to help her up. She put her hand in his and he pulled her out of the SUV. She realized she still had her bags clutched tightly in her hands.

"We'll put you up in a room here at the compound until we figure out what we're dealing with. Friday and Saturday nights get a little wild so you may want to stay in your room while the single guy’s party with the club women." Ace explained.

"Ok." Lainey agreed.

She wanted no part of that. Some of her favorite romance books to read were Biker Romances. She had no idea how real or made up they were. But normally people got their ideas from somewhere, right?

They walked through the main room which was oddly clean and spacious. She figured for a bunch of guys it would be dirty and beer cans or bottles everywhere. A lot of the stories she read were like that. But then she remembered, they were all retired military.
