Chapter 70. Escaping Again

Sushmita’s POV

I returned to Rodney and he was still sleeping. He must have been so tired, I gazed at him and suddenly thought how I made him a monster. I lost my balance and immediately fell on my knees and burst into tears.

It was all my fault. I’m the one to blame here.

“I’m sorry Honey, I’m so sorry Rodney. I didn’t mean to do this to you, I’m so sorry,” I said while he was still sleeping. I said it in front of him while crying so hard.

“Don’t worry, I will set you free now, free from all the pain that I caused you,” I said and kissed his forehead.
