Chapter 35. It’s a Girl

Sebe shook his head and I could see the criticism in his eyes.

“Fuck, baby. You can’t do this. I love you so much. I was just—” he almost knelt in front of me.

“I can.” Where I said. “And we’re done.”

I parted his hand.

“No wedding is going to happen!”

I immediately left the conference room. I do not know what to do anymore.

A pang of emotions kicked in me. What did I do to make this happen to me? Did I deserve this pain?

I wiped the tears from my eyes. My eyes roamed around inside the not-so-expensive room. Clean and airy. There is a Tv in front of the bed. There is a small bathroom. There is a table on the side. There is a refrigerator that I don’t know if works. There is air conditioning, a rice cooker with a heater, and a microwave.

I came close to the large window just to the side of my bed. I can see the expanse of Iloilo. yeah, I’m in Jaro Iloilo Philippines.
