Travis stared at the text on his phone, rereading Camila’s request for a moment longer before exhaling a mix of anticipation and unease. He was standing in front of the full-length mirror in his bedroom, assessing the reflection that showcased his meticulously maintained physique. The morning sunlight filtered through the blinds, casting striped patterns across the hardwood floor, and he traced the light across the contours of his chest and shoulders. A part of him swelled with readiness to share this image with her; after all, it wasn’t every day that one’s diligence in personal fitness was recognized or requested.
“Photos, huh?” he murmured, the corners of his mouth lifting in a half-smile. “Guess it’s time to show what I’ve got.”
