My head turned to Alpha Matthias in amusement because he had told Tim I was his wife. He winked at me and I felt flutters settle in my stomach. Drawing a sharp breath, I averted my gaze from him and returned it to Tim.

Tim nodded his head vigorously. “Ahhh! My cousin should have intel on that. He would also help her get a spot there should there be any. You have nothing to worry about.” 

He gave us another crooked smile, stretching out his palm towards Alpha  Matthias again. “6 more gold coins as payment for the address and letter,” he demanded and Alpha Matthias gave it to him without wincing. 

“I will go pen both the address and letter down. I will be back in a jiffy.” Alpha Matthias gave him a nod and he hurried away from our table.
