Chapter 382. Painful State

Dean walked using his cane from the walk-in closet to Bryana who was taking a nap on the king-size bed which was covered with gray sheets. he sat on the edge of the bed staring at his wife who looked so peaceful in her white dress with open sleeves, hugging Aidyn's small bolster that was left in the room. The man turned to stare at his leg which was still in a cast.

"It doesn't hurt too much...I should call the doctor to ask when this cast can be removed," Dean muttered then glanced at his phone which was on the table near the couch. He stood up again and limped using his cane to the table.

After only a few steps, he suddenly couldn't keep his balance and ended up falling on the white marble floor.

"Aghh.. ouch!"

Bryana who was sleeping suddenly woke up hearing the sound of someone falling. She looked around and found Dean who fell on the floor then tried to stand back up using his cane as a support for his stout body.

"Oh, God!"
