Chapter 21. The Secret Mine Is at the Back of the Barrier

She flapped her wings and hid her aura and presence in the sky. She can't be found. She was wearing her special armor. What Clyde said was true; she really did see a cave from the back of the barrier. There was no protective wall plotted around it. She landed above the cave and tried to sense if there was really a monster. Yet she only saw a small, harmless humanoid snail. The first level of snails is known for their harmless existence, except for their slimes. They only left acidic slime that can cause death if someone steps directly on it.

She flew over in the direction of the snail. She put her hands on its shell, and it quickly felt her presence. The slug, which resides in its shell, immediately hid itself inside the shell. The size of the shell was half that of a normal human. Despite the size of their slime and their acidic nature, snails are the easiest to hunt in the world.
