With a sense of unease, Dave waited for Aurora to return.. "Since when did I become such a coward? I've faced criminals without fear, but facing my own wife makes me nervous like this," Dave muttered to himself as he wiped the sweat from his forehead, which had suddenly started trickling down when he saw Aurora returning with Laura.

"Honey," Dave called out, gazing at Aurora with an expression that was hard to interpret.

Dave had to swallow his disappointment when it was actually Aryan who sat next to him and exchanged seats with Aurora.

"What have you done that made Aurora's face look like she's ready to give birth to a tiger?" Aryan whispered while glaring at Aurora, who clearly ignored Dave.
