I stormed off to the door but was stopped by the guard. “Excuse me? I would like to leave,” I announced, but he ignored me. 

I tried to push past him but he would not budge. He stood by the doorway and had a hard look on his face. This made me very annoyed. 

“Lara, we’re not done talking.” I heard Zoe say, and I scoffed rudely. 

“No, I’m done listening to how you f*cked up my life and hate me. I’m done,” I replied without looking at her. I was still trying to leave, but the guard at the entrance was being such a d*ck! He kept standing in my way.

I groaned in frustration and pulled on my hair. I turned back to Zoe and folded my arms on my chest. “What do you want, Zoe? What else do you want from me? Because I really can’t give you any more of myself, you have taken it all and dashed it to the floor.”
