Chapter 160

It was Christmas day, the 25th of December. Werewolves were howling in celebration even though it was the sun that was up. Carols were being played and families were together.

The air was warm, the sky was crystal blue, and the day was perfect.

Where did the Werewolf Territory take the concept of Christmas when we believed in the Moon goddess? We adopted it thousands of years ago when humans once lived amongst us.

They celebrated our holidays and so we did the same, as a show of respect. That was when the word Christmas entered the vocabulary of the Werewolf Territory. And since then, we have celebrated the day and passed on the tradition from generation to generation.

The Christmas tree in the living room was lit up and gifts were scattered under it. All the kids were up and sat eagerly next to their presents, waiting for us to give them the go-ahead to start opening up them.

The air was filled with anticipation and joy.
