On the other side, Leo replied in a satisfied tone, "Everything is in order. Steel, cement, glass, everything is already on site. We just need to start construction."  

Nico gave a small nod even though Leo couldn't see him. "Good. I can't come to the site often, so I'm entrusting everything to you. Make sure everything goes according to plan."  

"Take it easy, Nico," Leo replied confidently. "I've already spoken to the head of the project. Workers start coming down tomorrow morning. In six months' time, we'll see the structure going up."  

Nico breathed a sigh of relief. "That's a relief. I want this project to be completed without a hitch."  

Leo chuckled. "You sound tense. Is there a problem?"  

Nico glanced at the slightly open door to Celine's room. "Celine is in the hospital."  

Leo was immediately serious. "What? Severe?"  

"No, my wife is pregnant."
