Chapter 57

Autumn’s POV

Hannah ran, and when we caught up with her, Ginny and I wiped cake icing on her. “Ate!” she exclaimed, laughing as she scolded us.

“You’re our baby, so we can mess with you! Right, Autumn?” Ginny and I high-fived each other and laughed.

It feels so good laughing with her… laughing with my best friend. It’s been years since I last spoke to her, and I really missed her. Not just her, but also my other friends from before.

As we laughed, I remembered something.

Both Ginny and I were surprised when we entered Mystic Grill—our hangout spot—and were led upstairs by a waiter. Someone was waiting for us. When we reached the top, we saw Hannah. She had a surprise for us.
