The pack house was quiet when they arrived, and Greyson was glad. He wasn’t ready to deal with anyone, explain anything. All he wanted was Indianna and nothing else. He just wanted to spend the night with her and deal with being an Alpha tomorrow.
“You have to tell the pack,” Harry said when the three of them got out of the car. “They’re not stupid. People will realize that there’s something off. They’ll notice your scent.”
“They’ll have questions,” Greyson sighed.
“Of course they will.”
“I’ve not seen my mate in months. I want one night with her before shit gets serious,” Greyson snapped. “I don’t care that people will have questions. The questions will still be there tomorrow. Let me rest, let me hold my mate, and tomorrow I will be the Alpha.”
