Chapter 125. A Happy Ricardo

The night was still young as per what Ricardo said. Without even considering her opinion. The man led her out of the room after making sure she was okay. It was a cold night, the sky was dark and blank with no signs of stars. Alana felt cold all over, but with Ricardo's warmth. She smiled faintly and awaited what the man had for her.

“Ricardo, this…” Alana said and stumbled a little, but Ricardo secured her balance.

“Careful, we are almost there,” he muttered and led her down the few stairs left. He blinded and folded her; hence Alana couldn't see a thing. Either way, her heart was racing. With each step, she took. She could feel the anxiety building up.

“Just a little more…that's it…” the man said, breaking her trail of thoughts. Alana didn't take a step further but stood in place.

“What is it, Ricardo,” she loved surprises in the past, but why was she feeling nervous? Ricardo chuckled and made sure the place was good when he went to stand behind
