“Can you come now… Alana, I'm waiting,” Brigitte said over the phone as she proceeded towards the reception, unfortunately, she came to a halt when she nearly bumped into someone carrying something.

“I'm… I'm so sorry…did I hurt you,” it was Chloe who said, stepping backwards and checking if the coffee she was carrying spilled on the lady?

“It's okay…nothing happened," Brigitte said, trying to shove the lady's hands away.

“I didn't mean to…”

“Where are you taking that?” Brigitte cut her off and pointed at the coffee. Chloe smiled and fixed her dress.

“To Mr. Romero…it's in the afternoon… I'm taking coffee to him,” Chloe remarked politely and made her way to the elevator. Brigitte didn't think much but shrugged and proceeded her way.

“Just great,” Alana disconnected the call.
