Chapter 139. Business and Pleasure

“Good morning madam, coffee” Becky greeted her boss as soon as she walked and handed her a cup of hot coffee. Alana scanned the cup and took it as they both proceeded towards the elevator.

“Morning, what's for today?” Alana asked as both entered the lift. Becky adjusted her specs and brought out her iPad.

“As usual…check the incoming fabrics…the new collection coming up…we have clients flooding in” Becky went on and listed everything Alana had to do for the day. Of course, Alana nodded now and then until the lift came to a halt.

“No meetings?” She was stunned her assistant didn't mention anything about having meetings. Shaking her head, Becky pushed the office door open.

“Not today…” She started but stopped when they found Vincent already seated in the office.

“Good morning madam,” Vince greeted Alana and rose from the chair. Alana was stunned to see how devoted Vincent was to the job.
