Erin stepped out of the building, her eyes instantly landed on the out-of-place red sports car parked in front of her. Smiling, she watched as Chris adjusted his suit, stepping towards her. He extended an arm, flashing her a small, playful smile. “Don’t you look lovely, Mrs. King?”

She let out a quick chuckle, glancing downwards as she made sure her red dress was perfect. Without another word, she linked her arms with Chris’ as they walked toward the car. “You clean up nicely yourself, Mr. Carter.” Both of them smiling, they got into the car, and in a matter of seconds, they were on their way. 

Almost ten minutes later, Chris and Erin stepped out of the car, walking toward the lavish restaurant in front of them. Erin’s eyes widened as she smiled to herself. Her eyes landed on the bright lights and the red carpet rolled for them. “Don’t you think this is a little too much?” She asked, unable to contain her smile.
