"I have died and gone to heaven," I said, nearly losing my breath at the beauty that got into the car with me.

In the limo, Juliet had a bottle of Cristal Rosé Champagne waiting for us, which I poured out into five glasses as the car pulled away from our house.

"I see all of you are good and stoned, too," Juliet said with a giggle. "But I think it’s time to get the real party started. And I have a little present for the girls to do that!"

Juliet presented them with a small box, tied neatly with white ribbon. The girls tore into them and produced a small, normal looking makeup compact.

"I had these custom made for the four of us," she said.

"This is so cute!" Jess said enthusiastically.

"Let me show you how it works," Juliet said.

She opened the compact, which really did just look like a normal makeup mirror. But then she pointed out a barely visible latch on the top and bottom sides
