Chapter 331
We went straight to lunch after our jet ski hijinks. We didn’t want to burden the staff with too much, since they were having to juggle the wedding reception food, so we just poked around the kitchen and cobbled together some things for sandwiches. We drank some seriously cold beer and felt completely refreshed by the time we had eaten.
"You feeling good, John?" Petey asked.
"Perfect," I said, relaxation really having settled over me.
"Big day, man," he said. "You know, I’ve always been a little jealous about you having all four of those incredible girls. I don’t know how you do it."
"A lot of sex," I said, and we laughed.
"You’re positively old-fashioned, Petey," Jason joked.
"Alix gives me a lot to handle," he said. "But, I mean, it’s not like I’m celibate. Alix gives me unlimited freedom. And vice versa, of course."
