Stefan’s POV

Today is the day Estella’s father finds proof of the threat she prophesied about. About the monster who will rise and wreak havoc on our world. The monster who is my ancestor. I have never felt this anxious before, this curious, this nervous. I’m scared of the proof we will find because if this prophecy is true, then we are all doomed.

I have never heard anything like it. A half-wolf, half-witch hybrid who was made even stronger by the forces of magic. An immortal being. If this is true, then that means he has a claim to the throne, and that means Kol will be in trouble.

I know he’ll come for Kol when he rises. I hope we succeed in contacting this witch, who is supposed to be his mother, and I hope she has some tangible information for us.
