Silas’s POV
It was torture I had never felt before. It didn’t hurt, of course. Nothing can physically hurt me. It was just the most frustrating thing I have ever felt in my entire existence. Being aware of your body but not being able to move it. I should have been more powerful than that, but it’s amazing what a group of witches working together can do.
For a hundred years, I have been in a never-ending slumber in the middle of nowhere, and now, I am finally free. Unfortunately, the witches’ magic could only go so far.
