Snow’s POV

Kol and I wake up with a jerk as we exit the spirit realm and return to the mortal realm. I feel a surge of energy rush through me, and I feel more alive than I ever have in quite a long time. I look over to Kol and realize that he is probably feeling the same thing I am feeling right now.

Before we left the spirit realm and after our wolves explained our powers to us and how to channel them, we gained access to the powers we were apparently supposed to use to defeat Silas. We gained direct access to the moon goddess’ power.

I have never felt more powerful than I do in this particular moment, and I feel my wolf at my fingertips. I feel the power surging through me, and the mate bond between Kol and me is stronger now than ever. I can feel him everywhere.
