Eartha smiled adoring the children’s obedience. Just as she was about to say something she heard a voice in her mind.

“Is it him again?” Granny asked when she saw Eartha’s eyes change colors.

Eartha pressed her lips together and nodded her head. Granny was the first person who became close to her when she came to the village. Last time when Eartha ignored his voice granny was beside her so she knew Eartha was avoiding someone and came here risking her life.

“Young people these days don’t know how to cherish their relationships.” granny shook her head and ate her food.

Eartha bit her lip understanding the meaning behind granny’s words. She thought for a moment and replied to him “Did you receive my letter?” She asked slowly.

“Yes. Did you get hurt? How are you doing there?”
