Third-Person POV

Isaac didn’t go back to his suite till the day of his engagement. When he entered he saw Alayana sitting dejected on her bed with a book in front of her. With one look he can say she was not concentrating on the book.

He felt the urge to talk with her but his legs glued on the ground. It took him five minutes to control his emotions and get ready for the engagement party.

Ollie delivered Isaac’s suit and felt helpless looking at Alayana’s dejected look. She looked lifeless and depressed. He hesitated if he should say anything or not. Finally he decided to keep calm and went out before Alpha Isaac came out of the bathroom.

Once he was ready he looked at her from the mirror. She still sat in the same place with empty eyes. He felt as if he was suffocating and unknowingly his legs went to her side.
