“Hiss.” I winced in pain when the doctor was trying to re-bandage my cut. It was deep and took time to heal.
Though I am a werewolf, I don’t have a wolf to self-heal.
“Done,” the doctor finally said, making me feel relaxed.
“Luckily, the wound is not infected, but you have to be careful next time,” the doctor warned me with a small glare.
I put my tongue out and lowered my head, as I knew I was in the wrong. Last night, I felt sticky and went to take a shower, which the doctor had advised me not to do for a few days.
“Miss. Please call me if you are not comfortable. I can help you wipe your body without touching the wound,” Bella, the caretaker, said in a worrying tone. I think she was also worried Lance would scold her more now because of my mistake.
