Chapter 105. Dismissing the Submissives

Madeline was overjoyed!

She didn’t know why, but she had awoken this morning feeling energized, and she loved it.

Brielle had left a few days ago, and she had felt an inexplicable sense of quiet and serenity. She hadn’t seen Lord Darius yet because he hadn’t summoned her or any other submissives, but she wasn’t surprised.

He was undoubtedly in grief over the bitch, but that would end soon.

Maybe it’d already ended because he had called for her and the other submissives this morning. It was some gathering because he wanted them to meet in the vast living room to convey an announcement.

Taking another good look in the mirror, Madeline did a flip, raked her hands through her brushed hair, and exited the room with a massive grin.
