Logan’s POV
Fucking thieves. I couldn’t quite get my head around the fact that some random peasant would actually have the audacity to steal from a DeAngelo! Layla had no idea she’d just been thrown into the lion’s den and I’m going to show her that her parents made the wrong move by trying to steal from me.
I opened the thick wooden door to the place where I’d asked Astrid to have him tied up, and as I walked in, my strides calculated, I entered the room with its ceilings dropping to the floor, the walls painting old and peeling off.
