The penthouse office was truly a world away from the chaos of the city below. Floor-to-ceiling windows framed an endless skyline, the golden afternoon sunlight cascading over the plush leather chairs and polished wood surfaces.
The air here was still and deliberate like the office itself mirrored the calm control Jormun always seemed to exude. The only thing in the office that revealed his inner turmoil in any way was the mess of papers piled up along his large oak desk.
