Chapter 29. The Problem of Astley
After nodding, Maisie looked at me with gossip on her face and said, "I said, do you have anything to do with this Dr. Silverman?"
Ivelle pushed Maisie's head away from her. She then got up and went back to her bedroom. "Good night, stop gossiping!"
"Hey, Ivelle Astley, come back here."
Ivelle ignored her and went back to the bedroom. She began to work on Astley's audit of the case before the bid tomorrow.
She thought the middle-aged man would show up again that night. She didn't want a few days to go by and there was no movement at all.
She was a little confused about what was happening.

It was getting hotter and hotter in Hempstead. At 08:00 the sun climbed over the wall and began to shine. Maisie was a night owl, so she never gets up early.
