"How many times do I have to tell you that you can't just come here to my condo, Maui?! Have you forgotten the danger you might cause to me once people around here keep seeing us together?!”

I just bowed my head and tightly held the strap of the shoulder bag I was carrying. Echo let me into her condo unit but we were only here behind the door.
