A huge atrocity just happened. Leon kicked Joy out of the way as they could only feel the rage from the fact that that trapping Thomas was the actual goal stated in the contract.
Joy begged for another chance, but it seemed like Leon and Thomas had already decided upon turning their back on the deal.
"Thomas, I don't think it's necessary to drink this tea. What do you think?" Leon glanced at him as he asked.
"Yes, there's really no need to drink. Let us go ahead and play golf." Thomas smiled as they ignored Joy's cries.
Still, everything seemed confusing to Julia and Betty. The relationship between Leon and Thomas was unexplainable. It was never in their family's nature to treat someone the same way Thomas had treated Leon.
