It’s been some weeks since Dahlia moved into Jett’s posh apartment in the heart of the city after he had been able to successfully convince her to move over to him for her safety. She was still baffled at what he meant by keeping her safe because from the information he had given her at the restaurant, Elio’s brothers, with whom he ran the gang had been captured and Elio has gone into exile since he figured that Jett double-crossed him, so there was no way anyone was  going to try to harm her. She also had a feeling deep within her that Elio would never try to hurt her, but she did not bother to object when Jett had suggested that she move over to his place.
