Chapter 41
The hitman sat in the interrogation room with a handcuff holding his two hands in place. A Miami police officer sat across him, arms folded around his chest region. A recorder sat on the table between the two of them and the hitman didn't fail to notice the camera seated at a corner in the ceiling, rotating around. For more than five minutes, neither of them spoke. They just stared at each other, each waiting for the other to speak up first. He knew what the officer was trying to do. The man was trying to intimidate him by looking at him like he was a criminal that could only get out of jail term if he cowered and confessed his sin without being asked.
Mac looked straight into the criminal's eyes without blinking for more than ten minutes.
