Matteo got up and went to the drink cabinet, he picked an alcoholic wine and dropped it on the table behind him. He went to the glass stand and picked a wine glass before returning it to the table where he kept the alcoholic wine. He poured himself a cup and downed the entire glass in a single gulp. The drink burned his throat and he treasured the feeling of being alive. He picked up the wine bottle along with the cup and went back to one of the chairs to sit. He poured another glass and was about to sip from it when he saw his youngest brother staring at him from the hallway. He shrugged at the younger man and drank from the cup.
