“We have a problem,” Matteo said immediately he entered back into Elio’s room.

“we? How come we have a problem? If this is about the cartel, it is your problem, not mine. I have better things to worry about than the cartel.” Elio said.

“Well, better things like having sex with every nurse in this hospital or making out with every lady in this state? Is that not what seems to be at the top of your priorities now?” Matteo said before settling down on the visitor’s chair beside him.

“what do you mean by having sex with every nurse in this hospital? How did you even know that for crying out loud?” Elio cried out?

“well, your reply only shows that it is true. I have gotten the confirmation I need. And how did I find out? I guessed because I know you well enough as my brother. I also saw the way most of the nurses who attended to you kept looking at you. Those looks and knowing smiles tell more to anyone who knows the kind of person you are.” Matteo shot back.
