“I need your help, Lil.” Daniella was glad when she found Lilian.

“Why, what’s wrong?” Lilian was having fun with Paloma’s hairdresser when Daniella found her. Jessie was gay but he chose to wear the ninja costume for dinner.

“Marcus is here, why didn’t you tell me that he was invited?” She confronted Lilian about the guest list.

For several days that the list was with her, she remembered everyone’s name on it and she was sure that Daniella’s ex-husband was not invited. “And you believe him?” Maybe the man was bold enough to gate crash on her mother’s birthday!

“He told me he was invited along with his friend, Mr. Ortega.” Daniella knew that Lilian was interested in Mr. Ortega because of the man’s suspicious relationship with Paloma.

Knowing all the lies that Daniella fed to everyone, Lilian felt sorry for her, and since they were now sisters, she would do anything to help her with the masquerade she started. “Don’t worry, I’ll think of something, okay?
