Rose’s POV

His words nurtured me and it gave me butterflies. I felt so relieved and happy that he actually trusted me for some reason.

I felt really lucky. He was angry on my behalf and it still felt like it was a dream. Why so? Because a few days ago I thought it had been over between us. I thought that while I was gone with someone else, Right in front of his eyes, He wouldn’t be with me anymore but now here we are. I feel blessed and happy, As though all my worries were gone even though they were not.

“Alpha Kanen, there’s one more thing I forgot to tell you,” I said as I knelt down and burst into tears. Alpha Kanen was in shock as he tried to lift me up but I refused instantly. “All this while I didn’t apologize to you and I know it’s rude of me but…I’m so sorry, I know it’s hard for you but it’s hard for me too. I also know that this isn’t the right time for all this but, I might not get any other chance to apologize if not now,” I said in tears.
