Chapter 146. Hungry
When I got back to the Anderson villa, it was already well past twelve in the midnight hour, and the only people who were still up were the servants.
As I headed my way up to our room, they greeted me with a bow, and I smiled and nodded, acknowledging their greetings.
I opened the door to the room, and I observed that there was just a single lamp glowing softly, and Sebastian had already fallen asleep; yet, the warm light made Sebastian's face look extraordinarily appealing. He had the appearance of a handsome statue, and his appeal had a way of irresistibly drawing people in.
After entering the room and pushing the door softly close behind me, I followed my feet into the bathroom to freshen myself with a quick shower.
I experienced motion sickness, and having to fly back and forth in one day left me feeling even more weary.
I then headed towards the couch after finishing drying my hair with a clean towel. I desperately needed some sleep.<
