Chapter 150. Make You Happy

As soon as we stepped inside our bedroom, Sebastian immediately locked the door behind him. When I looked at him, I didn't realize that he was staring at me intently, and as I did so, I couldn't help but feel nervous, and then awkwardness started to fill the air.

I cleared my throat, and with my trembling knees, I slowly moved towards the desk and set down my handbag.

‘‘Are you going to take a shower first?’’ Sebastian inquired, and I was completely taken aback as I stood there with my back turned to him, biting my lip.

This is really happening…

‘‘Aren’t you going to swim tonight?’’ I responded with a question while fumbling around in my bag, seeming to be busy but actually looking for nothing in particular.

‘‘No…’’ he mumbled, his voice becoming husky as he spoke. ‘‘I need to save some energy…’’

I stood there dumbfounded for a moment before taking a few slow, deep breaths in order to compose myself. ‘‘Okay… I'm going to get cleaned
