POV: Shea Vestine

“Huh?” Shea unconsciously asked – her hand was still in her chest.

She was trying to calm her raging nerves, but her ears were so deaf to the loud booming sound because of the fast beating of her heart. Her hands were cold and sweaty – as her apprehension intensified.

Shea couldn’t believe that their new Alpha was in front of her and talking to her too!

She must be dreaming!

Denver chuckled at her foolish reaction. She blushed profusely and slightly bowed her head while biting her lower lip.

And that gave her a confirmation of reality – she wasn’t dreaming at all.
