POV: Seline / Shea Vestine

She had never left his side. Especially that crucial day that they needed to monitor Denver’s health.

However, due to exhaustion, she fell asleep in the middle of her deep thoughts.

“You don’t have to do this, Denver…”

A familiar voice resonated in her ears, but her eyes remained closed as the voices continued conversing near her.

“Stop it, Levi. She might wake up with your loud voice.”

Her heart started to pound so fast inside her chest as she heard Denver’s voice. He’s finally awake!

She was so ecstatic! However, she couldn’t help but close her eyes despite the giddiness that she was feeling right now.

Seline heard Levi snort – as if he had heard something so disgusting. She wanted to kick him out of the room.

“Whatever. You have almost died because of her.”

Levi frankly said – making her heart clenched in pain and disappointment. She shouldn’t be feeling that way. But things had already changed
