Freya’s POV
Adjusting to new classes should have been easy, especially class program for dum-struggling kids, yet the stack of notes and projects to be reviewed on my reading desk begged to differ.
Just how much had they done since the beginning of the semester?
Just two days of figuring all this out and I was already tired, though my tiredness stemmed solely from the frustration of my entire school life being turned upside down.
In actuality, the work was much but it was a breeze, a lengthy breeze. I’m just heavily pissed with my situation.
I sigh from the intensive exhaustion, dropping my head on the table just when Xena comes back from her thirty-minute long shower in her bathrobe and her short black hair dripping wet.
“What’s with you?” She asks walking in whilst drying her face with a hand towel.
“Nothing, just watching my life burn up in flames before my eyes. You know… the usual.”
