Summer POV
I ran behind a huge rock and shifted into Clover, my majestic white wolf. I had the option to sound the distress call, but I didn’t.
“Finish her off, prove to me you’re not a pathetic weakling. Then we’ll take our Pack and finish off your brother.”
“Yes, Mother.”
I had to be careful of Gardenia’s magic and Veronica’s craziness. Veronica was unstable, which meant her skills were wild, and it could go against her. She was strong, but she was calculated.
“Come out, come out, Summer. Don’t be a coward.”
I ran off. I wanted to drag them both as far away from the mansion as possible.
“Didn’t I say don’t be a coward?”
