Chapter 12. A Traitor Doesn’t Deserve My Promise
Kenzo didn’t answer.
With Kenzo leaning against the pilot seat and taking up most of the space, her body was almost on the control panel, and her legs and hips inevitably touched his knees.
“Go.” He said so coldly that she couldn’t tell his mood. “Let’s see what you can do.”
Emerald turned completely focused on the control panel and the view forward. This was the first time she was flying a plane by herself.
Her hands were sweating out in stress. At first, she was scared of Kenzo, who was sitting close behind her, but after the plane lifted into the sky, she was entirely focused on controlling the plane and had utterly forgotten the threat behind her.
Once they reached a faster speed in the higher altitude of the atmospheric layer, she felt tipsy and almost fell as she had difficulty
