I shift myself around to his head and roll him back onto his back, jamming my hands under his shoulders until I can lift him a little, but he weighs a ton, and his head flops back onto the floor. It's awkward, but I manage to get his head onto my lap first, then try again by lifting him, shuffling forward to get my knees under his shoulders, and start trying to lift him to sit.
