Chapter 30. Maria's Charm

Maria's POV

I must be mad. The little brother of William De Vanough is handsome. I seemed to sink into his blue eyes and drift in them. When he got closer to me and shook hands with me, I could smell the masculine scent of the perfume he used. And when he smiles, it's charming. I even forgot about the presence of my husband, Chris, who was standing next to me.

I felt a foreign object in my hand when I shook hands with him. I felt doubtful about it, but I still held it. And during the business conversation that Chris and William were having, I felt Tommy looking at me. Is there something on my face? I asked for a moment to go to the restroom, and I also was curious about the foreign object that Tommy had slipped into my hand.

When I got to the toilet cubicle, I immediately saw the object Tommy had given me earlier. It turned out to be a piece of paper with his cell phone number.

"Is this kinda bullshit? is he he kidding with me right now?"<
